The first wine — the “colostrum” — from our L’Arbre qui Pousse plot! All five grape varieties grown there — Divico, Souvignier Gris, Muscaris, Pinotin and Johanniter — spend seven days on their skins before pressing, followed by nine months in a stainless steel tank in our cellar. A light, aromatic red to drink slightly chilled, at 12–15°C, with just about anything.
